UKMi-aligned MI Centres

UKMi-aligned centres have declared that they meet the following criteria:

• They have at least one named pharmacy professional with MI/MA in their job title (or UKMi approved alternative), actively providing an established MI service in their organisation.
• That person has completed/is registered to go on the next National MI Training Course. 
• That person has an active UKMi membership, through registering with the UKMi network.

This Form can be used to apply for inclusion on these pages, and also to remove a centre/service if it no longer meets the requirements.
