Every incident presents an opportunity to learn. 

Our Incident Spotlights bring together common themes identified from quarterly Active Learning from Events and Risk Tracking (ALERT) reports and translate them into practical learning for staff answering questions about medicines. 

By sharing lessons learned across the network, we aim to improve the quality, safety, and consistency of medicines information and advice.
